Following a degree in Chemical Engineering and Petroleum Refining Systems Engineering, Johan decided to move away from his chosen field and began his career within the fast-paced environment of a competitive London estate agency where he quickly established a reputation for his energy and tenacity. After a grounding in selling where his aim was to cover as many areas of the capital as thoroughly as possible, he was asked to head up the lettings and management side of the company. For the past three years, he was also responsible for securing residential investments ranging in value from £500,000 up to £15m. Honing excellent client-facing skills and his ability to intuitively recognise different requirements, Johan acted for a wide-range of clients both buying and renting from Royalty to Foreign Dignitaries, HNWIs from the Middle East, Europe and Asia.
